Placing An Order

  • Pickup (in West Jordan) is available for any size order, but is required if you're only ordering1 or 2 bottles.
  • Shipping is available for 3 or more bottles.
  • Payments for shipped orders are done through our business Venmo (@Drew-The-Saucefather) and must be made/verified before the order will be shipped.
  • Availability is listed on our home page.
  • Shipping cost will depend on how many bottles you order and where they're being shipped to. We always choose the cheapest shipping option available.

To place an order, copy and paste the following questions into the "Comment" section on our Contact page. Fill them out accordingly:

  2. Which hot sauces, or bundles, do you want and how many of each:

  3. Will you be paying with cash, card, or Venmo (shipping order must be paid through Venmo before the order will be sent out):

  4. Is this for pickup (in West Jordan) or shipping:

  5. For orders being shipped - shipping address and name of who it will be shipped to:

Additional information to consider when placing an order:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. If a shipped order arrives damaged, please take pictures and reach out to the carrier it was shipped through. 

  • If you're ordering an out of stock item, please keep in mind that when it's available will depend on when we make the next batch. We can give an estimated date, but can't guarantee it. Payments for these types of orders can be made at any point between placing the order and picking it up.

  • Cash payments are done when you pick up your order. We will tell you how much your total is after we've confirmed your order and pickup information. Please have the exact amount with you, as we will not have cash or change on hand with us. 

  • Card and Venmo payments for pickup orders don't need to be paid for until you get there. However, priority is made to orders that are pre-paid for. Tax will be added for card and Venmo payments. 

  • Pickup orders that are pre-paid will be held for up to a month from the date the pickup is scheduled for. Pickup orders that are being paid for at the time of pickup will be held for up to 2 weeks from the date the pickup is scheduled for. If your order has not been picked up within those timeframes, we will refund your payment (if applicable) and place products back into our available inventory.  

  • Bundles will be listed in our Hot Sauces section when we have them available. If you don't see any listed, it means they aren't currently available. 

Our hot sauces are made following the Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act of Utah

These items are not for resale. They are processed and prepared without state or local inspection. They were prepared in a location (our home kitchen) that also handles and/or houses common allergens that may include milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish.
